Use this form to let the Kincardine Minor Soccer(KMS) scheduler know the system should be updated to reflect a change in the team schedule for games or practices.

• Change requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the currently scheduled Date & Time
• Check the Field Availability in Member Zone prior to requesting a change
• If another team is in the schedule for a practice, contact that coach first ask for the field for a reschedule game

• In general the following steps happen for game changes:

1. First phase
2. Work with the other coach to agree on the current date will not happen and inform your team
3. If a home game, inform the KMS referee coordinator so they know to un-schedule the referee
4. Inform your league convenor of the cancellation
5. Submit this online form so that the KMS scheduler can update the PowerUp schedule (cancel the game)
6. Second phase
7. Find a new day and time where there is an available field/day/time (games take priority over other teams' practices)
8. Reach out to the KMS referee coordinator to see if they can cover the new home day & time)
9. Inform your league convenor of the final new reschedule information
10. Submit this online form so that the KMS scheduler can update the PowerUp schedule (enter the new game)
