This is determined by your child's birth year and the Registration site will automatically determine that after you enter your child's DOB. KDMSC historically has aligned with these age groups as our teams: U4, U5, U6, U8, U10, U12, U15, U18 based on registrations and alignment with Lake Shore for the U12-U18.
