Parent/Guardian Access to PowerUp Member Zone and Connect app Policy
Kincardine Minor Soccer understands that multiple parents or guardians may wish to access team information, including schedules, rosters, and communications through the PowerUp Member Zone or Connect app.
When a player is registered with Kincardine Minor Soccer, the player profile is associated with the account used during registration. The individual who completed the registration is responsible for managing and granting any additional parent or guardian access available within the PowerUp system.
To protect player and family privacy, Kincardine Minor Soccer will not independently add, connect, transfer, or provide account access to additional parents or guardians. Any additional access requests must be authorized and completed by the parent or guardian who registered the player through their existing account settings within PowerUp.
Kincardine Minor Soccer staff and volunteers are unable to override this process or grant access on behalf of the registering account holder.
Kincardine Minor Soccer will not mediate family, custody, or guardianship disputes related to account access.
