Refund Policy (Kincardine Minor Soccer)

Please note the following conditions:

• Refunds will not be considered if a request is made less than 14 days before the program start.

• Refunds will not be granted after the program start date. Exceptions will be made for medical or extenuating

  circumstances.

• Refunds will not be granted if a player is suspended or expelled under KMS’s discipline policy or code of conduct

  rules.

• For requests related to season-ending injuries or other medical reasons, a doctor’s note may be required.

• Refunds are not provided due to the cancellation of games resulting from inclement weather.

• All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee and are credited back to the card that was used during the registration process.

  Please allow 14 business days for the processing of a credit card refund or up to 30 days for refunds issued by cheque. A full refund will only be provided if KMS is unable to run an advertised program due to insufficient registration numbers.

  COMPETITIVE LEAGUE REFUND POLICY

  Subsequent to a player accepting a place on a Competitive team, through the on line registration and payment process, there will be NO refund at any point thereafter.

  *IMPORTANT NOTE

  Once a player has registered, KMS commits to expenditures that are not recoverable to the club when a member withdraws. (ie. Online registration fees, bank fees, insurance fees). In addition to these not recoverable costs, an administrative fee of $25.00 will be applied to any authorized refund. The final amount of any refund will be at the discretion of KMS. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for authorized refunds to be processed.
