On behalf of the 2023 U10 Development Team (Birth Year 2013 players), Kincardine Minor Soccer is excited to announce the continuation of the that team as they move to U11 (players born 2013) for the 2024 season at the development level. The team runs independently under the Kincardine Minor Soccer Club umbrella.

The development team’s inaugural year was a success both from a player development aspect as well as a team development aspect. Year two promises to be another exciting opportunity for everyone involved.

This program is designed for players looking for exposure to competitive soccer above house league and recreational levels. The development level team allows the players to participate in training sessions which are structured to promote player development with the objective of the team being to advance the players to reaching their full potential. The team is targeting to identify and select between 14~20 players to be part of the team and/or participate as part of a broader development squad.

The team travels to most of its games outside of Bruce-Grey area to play other 2013 Development level teams. 

Tryouts for the team will be held on the below dates at the Bruce Avenue Soccer Fields location in Kincardine:  Field 4E

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to get organized and check in with the team staff.

1) Wednesday 23rd August 2023 Time: 6:00-7:30pm

2) Friday 1st September 2023 Time: 6:00-7:30pm

What to bring: shin pads, soccer cleats, water bottle

Upon completion of the open tryouts the coaching staff will assess the players and will contact the successful players notifying them of their inclusion in a final invite only tryout.
