Sports field closures due to weather or maintenance will be communicated on this page, as well as on the Municipality of Kincardine's Facebook page.

The Municipality will post field closures by 3pm if there is question around field availability. Criteria for closing is primarily around field conditions, but not limited to that.

Spectator seating locations

Spectators of any game are meant to be at the opposite side of the field from the team where possible.

  • Fields 2A, 2B, 2C the spectators are at the outer perimeter along the parking lots
    • Field 2B spectators can be in the middle, but the opposite side of the field from their players/coaches.
  • Field 3 the teams will sit along the woods and the spectators may sit alone the parking lot side of the field.
  • Fields 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D have limited space and spectators are asked to allow room for the players/coaches on the sidelines as they will be on the same side.  Please sit on the along the fence or the middle of the field... "on the ends of the Timbit fields" or on the parking lot end of 4A.
  • Field  4E the coaches and players are along the Bruce Ave side and spectators are at the middle between the field areas (4:ABCD & 4E) or the parking lot end .
  • Davidson Ctr. Fields the players will sit along Durham Street side and spectator can sit along the 2-story storage building side.
